Filing a Chromebook Repair Insurance Claim

If you have purchased Chromebook insurance, you will need to file a claim prior to repair.

If you have purchased Chromebook insurance through School Device Coverage and your student needs the Chromebook repaired, you will need to file a claim prior to the repair occurring. To file a claim, please visit their website:

We will then be able to send the device out for repair. Your child will be loaned a device while the repair takes place. You will need your student's Chromebook device ID number when filing the claim.
