During the Week of Respect our hybrid and virtual students participated in the following classroom activities:

Grade 2

Respect Song

Read & discuss “Chrysanthemum”( read-aloud) Do the craft activity that accompanies it.

Read & Discuss One Kindness

Read and discuss “Stand Tall Molly Lou Melon.” Do the craft activity that accompanies it.

Beginning with the Week of Respect, students will give a SHOUT OUT to anyone they believe has done something amazing, has shown kindness, respect, and/or has been helpful.  Students will write their comments and they will be hung throughout the school building all-year long.
Friday, October 9, is Tiger Pride Day.  Students and staff will wear orange and black to show "respect" for their school.
